**Timothy Hickey-LeClair**

Founder of Altitude Education Group, which provides university application support and educational counseling. Tim has 12 years of experience in the field of admissions, working at Williams College, Brandeis University, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Michigan, and most recently, as the Director of Recruitment at MIT. During this time, he personally reviewed over 15,000 essays, conducted hundreds of interviews, travelled around the world lecturing on the selection process for American universities, and even sat on the admissions committee for the prestigious Research Science Institute (RSI) run by MIT and the Center for Educational Excellence (CEE). Tim received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology & Philosophy from Williams College, and his Masters Degree in Higher Education from the University of Michigan.

Nathalie is an education technology and admissions professional with 10+ years of experience in undergraduate and graduate admissions. She’s a former Harvard Admissions Officer and VP of Admission at 2U, and currently works with Google Cloud to enable cloud learning in higher education. Nathalie dedicates herself to increasing students’ access to opportunity and to helping students navigate the college application process and career preparation by focusing on students’ strengths, needs, and a grounded perspective of life at college and beyond. Nathalie is a proud alumna of Harvard College, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Prior to Kyros.ai, Rebecca was the Co-founder & COO at Xcalar Inc that developed the next-gen Big Data and AI technologies for Fortune 500 customers globally. She was also one of the founding members of Google’s Cloud Platform where she helped build the partner ecosystem, launched the global Partner Programs for various Data and AI products. Rebecca received her M.A.Sc degree with honor and her MBA from University of British Columbia.
