Redefine Failure at Harvard – A Media Project

Inviting all HCSV members to contribute to Redefine Failure – a media project that aims to normalize failure and embrace personal growth. Submit your story by going [here ](http://tiny.cc/harvardfailures)or by clicking the registration button below

At Harvard, it’s easy to judge ourselves based on resumes, awards, and titles. We tend to externalize these conventional “successes”, but internalize failures to present an image of perfection. But why is professional achievement the default definition of success? Our learnings from failure and personal growth are just as important, if not more.

Inspired by UPenn’s Anti-Resume Project, the Redefine Failure project aims to celebrate experiences that are truly transformative. By sharing real stories from members of Harvard’s community, this project aims to normalize failure and embrace personal growth, rather than professional success. Check us out on Instagram: @harvard.redefined.

Current Harvard students would love to hear your stories of failure & personal growth.

Please submit your stories [here ](http://tiny.cc/harvardfailures)or by clicking the registration button below to help shift Harvard’s pre-professional culture — there is an option in the form to indicate if you want your story submitted anonymously.
