One of the Top Ten Women in emerging cloud technology, Heather served as Executive Director of the CELEST Science of Learning Center, Boston University. She holds a PhD in Cognitive and Neural Systems, Boston University and a BS in Cognitive Neuroscience, University of California at Berkeley.
