Dog-Friendly, Kid-Friendly Multi-School Hike at Pulgas Ridge + Coffee after! (Redwood City)

Pulgas Ridge is included in my book Dog Hiking Northern California. We’ll be hiking the paved Hassler Trail, a wide route that’s perfect for families, strollers, and pups of all sizes. Part of the trail is off-leash for dogs. At the top, you’ll enjoy rolling open-space views.

Est. Time: 1 hour hike + coffee shop mingling after

Dogs: Dogs are very welcome. Please remember to bring your own poop bags.

Kids: Babies, toddlers, kids are very welcome. The trail is stroller-friendly!

What to Bring:
– Water (1L per person recommended)
– A hat, sunglasses and sunblock as needed
– Snacks
– Athletic shoes
– Multiple layers of clothes (mornings can be chilly!)
