Why do 90% of startups fail?
It’s not a lack of ideas or talent—it’s execution.
Starting Startups by our own Doug Park (H’91) shows how aligning People, Product, & Position is the key to turning startup ideas into successful execution.
In this talk, Doug introduces the 3P Alignment Framework—a practical system that integrates People, Product, and Position into a unified execution system that builds high-performing startups.
Drawing on insights from Silicon Valley founders, investors, and academic research, Doug will explain why aligning these three critical elements is the key to turning great ideas into a company that is fundable, scalable, and adaptable.
We’re grateful to our sponsors, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, for hosting this event at their offices.
